I know that I’m still starting my Interior design course, however, I had a few things that I have done for my self and, to be honest, I’m pretty content with the final outcome.
So the first interior mission that made me believe that I can actually do it was my home in Egypt, a rather medium sized home or big if we compare it to flats in London!
Growing up with my parents we have always had a bookcase in almost every room and in between most of the bookcases came the fireplace, which was an uncommon thing in homes. Although in old flats you would find fireplaces in most of them.
Skipping to my original point, I knew that the two things I needed to build my home on was 1) bookcase, 2) chimney. Once I pictured these two I started sketching like a 7-year-old but it all paid off.
This is the picture of my reception and soon I will be adding my roof terrace!
